Goods that have not been used with all original labels, tags, components, dimensions and packaging (boxes, paper, postcards) are subject to exchange and return. You must also have a fiscal receipt for the purchase.
Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase
Refunds are made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the return.
